All trading activity conducted on the WeMasterTrade platform takes place in a simulated proprietary trading environment using virtual funds. Any trading results, performance metrics, or payout figures presented on the platform, website, or in marketing materials are hypothetical in nature and do not represent actual trading results in live financial markets.
Participation in WeMasterTrade evaluation programs does not involve the trading of real funds on behalf of users. Users pay a one-time fee for access to evaluation services and trading infrastructure only.
Any rewards, payouts, or performance-based rewards granted to users are performance-based compensation issued by the Company from its own revenue. Such payments do not constitute:
• investment returns
• trading profits from real market execution
• brokerage or financial services
• or any fiduciary or client relationship
Performance results displayed by individual users, case studies, or testimonials are not indicative of typical results and should not be relied upon as a guarantee of future performance. Participation involves evaluation of trading skills in a simulated environment, and most participants may not achieve profitable outcomes.
Users acknowledge and agree that:
• evaluation programs are designed to assess trading skill, discipline, and risk management
• failure to comply with program rules may result in account termination without refund
• payout eligibility is subject to full compliance with trading rules, KYC verification, and internal risk controls
WeMasterTrade does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or financial advisory services. All users act independently and are solely responsible for their trading decisions.
Complaint Resolution Process
If you believe you are entitled to compensation due to a platform error or system malfunction, please contact [email protected] within 7 days of the incident. Our team will review and respond within 5 business days. If the complaint is valid, compensation will be processed within 14 business days.
Compensation is limited to the value of the service fee paid for the affected account. WeMasterTrade is not liable for losses resulting from market conditions, user error, or third-party service interruptions.
