1. THE CONTEST AND INTRODUCTION
WeMasterTrade Contest (the “Contest”) is a trading competition for trading users in Canada. We aim to provide participants with a place to show their trading skills and look for excellent traders while ensuring the high quality of the contest by sticking to the principles of openness, fairness, and impartiality. Participants are expected to strictly follow our rules during the contest.
2. BINDING AGREEMENT
You agree that by participating in the Contest you will be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).
3. THE CONTEST DETAILS
3.1. The Contest Period
- The registration period starts on August 03, 2023 at and sign up end on September 08, 2023
- The contest starts on September 01, 2023 and it ends on September 30, 2023
3.2. Registration Period
- Registration is available any time from August 03, 2023 until September 08, 2023;
- Only one account per participant per contest is permitted. If you are deemed to have opened multiple accounts ALL of your accounts will be disqualified from the competition, and you will forfeit the opportunity to win any of the prizes offered
3.3. Weekly Ranking Calculation Period
- The ranking will be calculated/updated weekly
- The score and ranking of participating accounts will be updated on Sunday every week.
- The update may be delayed due to network delays, exceptions in reading contest account data, or other problems.
4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To be eligible to participate in the Contest, you must:
(a) be a natural person;
(b) be over eighteen years of age or over the age of maturity in your jurisdiction;
(c) be an existing client or a lead;
(d) be a resident from countries other than Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Ivory Coast, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Syria, and Zimbabwe.
(e) participants who have not been previously banned from participating in the WeMasterTrade program.
(f) To be eligible to participate and receive a prize pursuant to the contest, the Prize winners must be willing to permit their username and trading record for the Contest to be published and/or distributed by WeMasterTrade.
5. THE CONTEST RULES AND CONDITIONS
After registering, you will receive an email with the following information
- A demo account with a $10,000 starting balance and credentials

5.1. Trading Condition
The Contest rules require that you do not breach either of the following Trading Conditions:
- Max Loss: 4% of Initial Balance – If you hit the max loss limit, then your trading account be terminated, and you will be disqualified from the competition.
- Min Loss: 1% of Initial Balance – If you hit the min loss limit, then your trading account be terminated, and you will be disqualified from the competition.
- Only one account and one IP per person is permitted.
5.2. Additional Trading Details
- During the Contest, participants will be assigned a simulator account with virtual capital of $10,000 to trade in Forex Market.
- Account leverage is 1:1

5.4. Winner Selection
- The Top 10 Traders: People who have the highest Return on Investment (ROI) and achieve at least a 5% profit target at the end of the contest period will be the Winner (the “Winners”).
- The Special Prize: you need to meet the following factor at the same time and maintain it until the end of the contest:
- Highest Return on Investment (ROI)
- Open at least 3 symbols per day to day and repeat every day
- Keep on trading until your best trading day percentage is below 30%.
- Hit at least 5% profit target
- Top 100 Traders: If you comply with all trading rule and stay at the top 100 people who has the highest result in this competition, we will award you some discount to join the WeMasterTrader program
5.5. Reset
- If the trader fails the trading condition while competing, they can pay a small reset fee to start again. After WMT receives the fee, we will issue you with a new trading account to continue the contest
- Reset Fee: $100 per person + 15% Discount on Forex Package Registration with unlimited time
5.6. Winning Score Calculation
- ROI: Display the ratio of Net profit divided by the Initial Account Balance. The trader who has the highest profit factor will be the winner. For example, if the trader has a profit of $3,000 over the initial Balance is $10,000 then the ROI will be 10%
- Profit Target: Display “Yes” or “No”. It is calculated by taking gross profit divided by the Initial Balance. If the rate is 5% or higher, then it is Yes – which means you have achieved the profit target. If the rate is lower than 5% then it is No – which means you have not achieved the profit target.
- Traders need to achieve the Highest ROI and Profit Target (5%) at the same time in order to become the Winner
6. AWARD PUBLICITY AND VERIFICATION
At no time may you violate any of the following points below, it will be grounds for immediate disqualification, and you will be removed from the contest.
- Exploiting errors or latency in the pricing and/or platform(s) provided by the Broker
- Utilizing non-public and/or insider information
- Front-running of trades placed elsewhere
- Trading in any way that jeopardizes the relationship that the WeMasterTrade Account has with a broker or may result in the canceling of trades
- Trading in any way that creates regulatory issues for the Broker
- Utilizing any third-party strategy, off-the-shelf strategy or one marketed to pass assessment accounts
- Trading in any way that jeopardizes the relationship that the WeMasterTrade Account has with a broker or may result in the canceling of trades
- Trading in any way that creates regulatory issues for the Broker
- Utilizing any third-party strategy, off-the-shelf strategy or one marketed to pass assessment accounts
- Holding a Single Share Equity CFD position into an earnings release pertaining to that underlying equity. To avoid being in breach of this rule, you must close all such Single Share Equity CFD positions by 4:00 PM Eastern Time on the day of the release, if an aftermarket release, or on the preceding day, if a before market open release. Violation of this rule will constitute an immediate, hard breach of your account and any gain or loss on said position will be removed from any profit calculations.
- Entering into an Equity CFD at or near the end of the trading day with intent of profiting from the marketing gap between when the market closes and reopens on the subsequent trading day, as determined by WeMasterTrade in its sole and absolute discretion.
- The Contest winner needs to cooperate with the Contes staff to complete verification of account information within 10 natural days after confirming the award. To complete the verification, please follow:
- Sign up with WeMasterTrade by the account you registered the contest
- Click on My Profile -> click on Personal Information -> click on KYC Client -> Submit required documents to KYC
- For Invitation, the inviter and participant need to cooperate with the Contes staff to complete verification of account information within 10 natural days after confirming the award. To complete the verification, please follow:
- Sign up with WeMasterTrade by the account you registered the contest
- Click on My Profile -> click on Personal Information -> click on KYC Client -> Submit required documents to KYC
- All participants who qualify to receive the award and discount must complete the KYC client from WeMasterTrade to finish the process.
7. LIABILITY
- You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless WeMasterTrade (including its directors, officers, employees and assigns) on written demand and at all times from and against any and all liability, fines, penalties, actions, judgement, settlement, claims, demands, losses, damages, injury, compensation, costs and expenses (including interest payments, reasonable legal fees on a solicitor/client basis, other professional fees and disbursements and costs of investigation and litigation) for or in respect of which WeMasterTrade will or may become liable by reason of or related or incidental to any act, default or omission and/or any breach of representation and warranty set forth herein by you under these Terms and Conditions including without limitation resulting from or in relation to any breach, non-observance, act or omission whether negligent or otherwise.
- To the extent permitted by law, your rights to litigate, to seek injunctive relief or to any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or in connection with this Contest are hereby excluded, and you expressly waive any and all such rights.
8. CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Each participant acknowledges and agrees that their account data will be publicly displayed and used in the Contest.
- Each participant agrees to abide by the Account Connection Agreement of the WeMasterTrade Trading Community, accepting all associated terms.
- Participants are not permitted to withdraw or retire from the Contest.
- WeMasterTrade reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate the Contest based on legal and regulatory requirements, judicial or administrative orders, and prevailing circumstances.
- The Contest holds the ultimate authority to interpret these Regulations.
- If WeMasterTrade determines that your participation in the Contest violates or is likely to violate the Terms and Conditions, WeMasterTrade reserves the right to immediately disqualify your participation, without prejudice to any other rights stipulated in the Terms and Conditions.
- WeMasterTrade may, in its discretion, cancel, or reverse the award of the Prizes if it is made in error.
- WeMasterTrade reserves the right at its sole discretion to alter, amend, modify, suspend or terminate this Contest, or any aspect of it, including but not limited to extending the contest period at any time and without prior notice. In such event, WeMasterTrade will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email.
- If the Contest cannot be executed as planned, due to reasons beyond the control of WeMasterTrade, including (but not limited to) any problems or technical malfunction, WeMasterTrade shall incur no liability to you in connection with the Contest.
- If any provision(s) of the Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
- Unless the context otherwise requires, references to any gender include all genders and use of the singular includes the plural and vice versa.
- You are solely responsible for the payment of any and all taxes, including but not limited to federal, state and local taxes that may apply to your participation in the Contest.
- WeMasterTrade may, at its sole discretion, provide you with translations of the Terms and Conditions. The original English version shall be the only legally binding version for WeMasterTrade and you. In case of discrepancies between the original English version and other translations in your possession, the original English version shall prevail.
- The organizing committee of the WeMasterTrade competition has the right to refuse to award prizes without giving an explanation if there is suspicion that the candidate has violated the regulations or if the winner does not verify their profile and provide additional identity information as specified in the award program. All decisions made by the organizing committee are final and cannot be disputed.
9. DISCLAIMER
- WeMasterTrade Contest holds no responsibility for any partial or total losses suffered by participants resulting from any trading activities involving CFDs, nor does it assume liability for any consequences arising from participation in the competition.
- The Contest cannot guarantee that the network service will consistently meet participants’ requirements, nor can it ensure uninterrupted network service. The timeliness, security, and accuracy of the network services are not guaranteed either. WeMasterTrade Contest will not be held responsible for network service interruptions or other defects caused by force majeure or uncontrollable circumstances.
- You acknowledge and agree that any controversy or claim arising out of or related to this Agreement, including any claim or controversy concerning interpretation of this Agreement or your use of this Services, will be settled by arbitration pursuant to the most recently effective commercial arbitration rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association (CAA). This arbitration proceeding will be decided by a single arbitrator randomly selected from a list of neutral arbitrators maintained by the CAA. Judgement on any award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The arbitrator will be provided with the right to award costs and attorneys’ fees to the prevailing party. This arbitration will be held in British Columbia, Canada and both the Company and Trader agree that they will be required to be present in British Columbia, Canada for arbitration under the terms of this Agreement and hereby submit to exclusive personal jurisdiction in British Columbia, Canada. The arbitrator will apply the laws of British Columbia, Canada in deciding any controversy or claim pursuant to this Agreement.
